Shipping and returns

Everything is made to order by a print partner inside the United States. Nothing here is held in stock.

Everything is made to order

Nothing on this site is held in stock. Awards, prints and merchandise are printed for you after you order, by a print partner in the United States, and shipped from there. That is why an order takes longer to arrive than something off a shelf, and it is also why we can put your own county, year and category on it.

Where we ship

Inside the United States only, for now. Every item is produced in the United States as well, which is a condition we hold our print partners to rather than a preference.

How long it takes

An order goes through two stages: production, then transit. Production is the time the printer takes to make the item, and transit is the carrier's time after that. Both are shown on the order confirmation we email you, along with tracking once the carrier has it.

Placeholder. Exact production and transit windows are not published here yet. They come from the print partner for each item, and they differ between a framed award and a shirt.

If something arrives damaged or wrong

We replace it. Tell us what happened, send a photograph if the item is damaged, and we will have a new one made. There is nothing to send back and nothing to pay.

If you change your mind

Made-to-order items carry your county, your year and your business name, so they cannot be resold and we cannot take them back as ordinary returns. If you catch a mistake before production starts we can usually still stop the order, so write to us straight away.

Canceling

An order can be canceled for a full refund any time before it goes into production. After that it is being made and cannot be stopped.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card that paid, through our payment processor. Your bank decides how quickly it appears on your statement.

Free items are free

The website badge and the press release cost nothing and are not part of any order. Nothing you buy makes them better, and not buying anything does not take them away.
